Factory Seconds

Factory seconds are canoes that do not quite meet our exacting standards for full retail sale. The issues with these canoes are generally cosmetic only, and are described on the chart below. The factory seconds listed here will perform exactly like our retail canoes.

Used Canoes

Slightly used canoes are demonstration models. They are essentially new, but will have some scratches on the hull. In many cases, a light application of varnish can return these canoes to new or nearly-new condition. Moderate or heavily used canoes are generally lease returns. These canoes may have a season or two of use. They are structurally sound, but will be more heavily scratched.
